Jennifer Hiles

My name is Jennifer Hiles. I am a 30 years old and was born with an AVM.. which is short for an Arteriovenous-malformation which is life-threatinging. I have been in and out of the hospitals my whole life, my main problem being major bleeding from my AVM. 2 years ago I realized if I want to stay here on this beautiful earth and watch my children and entire family grow, then I have to tell my story and make changes. And it wasn't long until I started my journey back and forth from South Dakota to NYC every 6-8 weeks having life saving/changing surgeries. I have come such a long way, yet have so much further to go. I couldn't do it without the love of God! Change is hard but it is also possible! We are all stronger than we feel. I want to help others with AVM know that there is HOPE and let everyone know that anything is possible if you don't give up.
